Shipping Area
Solara Shore currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.
Shipping Cost
A flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies to all orders within the UAE. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment and order details have been confirmed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on UAE public holidays.
Ready-to-ship items will be prepared for dispatch as soon as possible.
Made-on-demand items require additional production time before dispatch. The estimated preparation time will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated after the order is confirmed.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery within the UAE is normally expected within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
If tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided when the order is dispatched.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Solara Shore is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information. Additional delivery charges resulting from an incorrect address, missed delivery, or rejected shipment may be charged to the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you receive an incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photographs.
